Invite people to a trip

Trips are better with accomplices. Invite someone and you're both looking at the same live plan: edits land on the other screen in about a second. No refreshing, no emailing "final_v2".

Send an invite

1. 1 Open Share on the trip.
2. 2 Invite by handle or email, and pick a role: editor to plan with you, viewer to follow along read-only.
3. 3 They accept from their Messages, and the trip appears in their list.

What each role means

• Owner: you. Invites, roles, publishing and deletion stay yours.
• Editor: adds, edits, reorders and removes stops, and edits costs on a budgeted trip. Full planning partner.
• Viewer: sees everything as it changes, touches nothing.

Seats per plan

Free trips seat 1 collaborator. Pro seats 3 per trip, Discovery seats 10. The people you invite ride free: no paid plan needed on their side.
