Travel together
Put your food truck on the map
Food trucks have a discovery problem: you're parked exactly where your customers aren't looking. A community spot fixes that. Travellers browsing the map find you the same way they find viewpoints and bakeries, and your marker can say Open now while it matters.
Set up your spot
- 1 Mark your pitch and set it to Community so everyone can find it.
- 2 Set your weekly hours. The marker shows a live open-or-closed line in your timezone, so nobody drives out to a dark hatch.
- 3 Add your website or menu link. Hungry people click menus.
- 4 Post a moment with your best-looking plate. People order food they can see.
Pop-ups and festival pitches
Somewhere new for a weekend? Post it as an event spot and it announces itself with "Starts in 2 days". Free accounts can run an event up to 3 days; Pro stretches that to 30, which covers a festival season.
Upvotes are your reviews
Community spots collect upvotes, and travellers use them as the trust signal. Happy regulars are usually glad to tap once, but only if you ask.
Tip
Works the same for market stalls, coffee carts and pop-up anything. If customers have to find you, put a marker where you'll be.
