Travel Data
Keep your travel documents in the vault
Travel Data is the Discovery suite: one vault for the paperwork of travel. Instead of a booking living in email, a passport photo in your camera roll and a loyalty number on a card you last saw in 2019, it all sits in one structured, private place.
What goes in
- Records: flights, stays, transport and insurance, stored as structured entries with the dates and numbers that matter.
- Documents: file uploads attached to your records or standing alone.
- Wallet: identity documents, loyalty programs and emergency contacts.
The vault reads itself
The Overview tab turns your records into signals: a passport expiring before a booked trip, insurance lapsing mid-journey, a claim due a response. The kind of thing you'd rather learn on your couch than at the airport.
Letting Scout see a summary
In the vault's Scout tab there's a single switch, off by default. Turn it on and Scout gets a compact summary when you chat, so "when does my travel insurance run out" gets a real answer. Scout never reads your raw documents, and the switch turns off as easily as it turned on.
Everything in the vault is owner-only. No collaborator, viewer or public page can ever reach it.
