Parks Canada opens its 2027 campsite, oTENTik and shuttle reservations in the same staggered launch as every year: a randomised queue, with different parks and product types opening on different days rather than all at once. The exact dates are not out yet. Everything below holds regardless of when they land, so the only thing left to fill in later is the date itself.

How a launch morning works

Each park and product type gets its own opening day and time on the reservation site. It is a randomised queue, not first click wins, so refreshing harder does not help. You join, wait your turn, and book once you are let in. Popular Banff and Jasper summer sites sell out within minutes of the queue clearing.

What to have ready

An account on the reservation site, verified ahead of time, with a saved payment method. Doing this on launch morning costs you the booking.
Your party size and any equipment size (RV length, tent count) sorted in advance, since the form asks for it.
Two or three fallback sites and date ranges, because your first choice will very likely be gone within minutes.
A reminder set for the exact opening time once Parks Canada publishes it, made the night before rather than the morning of.
