A pile of stops isn't a day yet. This is the toolkit for the difference: name the day, read how heavy it is, and shuffle until it feels right.

Name your days

Click a day's header to rename it. "Daytrip to Sintra" says more than "Thu 14", and the name follows the day everywhere: panel, board, day list, even the public page if you share the trip.

Read the insight rows

The panel header carries one-line reads on the day in view. Load says whether the day is comfortable, packed or overstuffed, judged from stop count, timing and distances. Budget shows planned spend against your ceiling if the trip has one. Conditions pulls in the forecast.

The small menu beside the rows hides the ones you ignore. A hidden row that turns urgent, like a budget tipping over, shows a dot so you still catch it.

Optimize a day

On Pro, Optimize day reorders a day's stops to cut backtracking, keeps your locked times where they are, and undoes in one tap. Trying it costs nothing.

The board

Press B on desktop or tablet: days become columns, stops become cards, and everything drags. Beside the columns sits the Ideas pen, a holding area for places you want but haven't committed to. Ideas stay private, even on shared and published trips.
