Add stops and discover places

Stops arrive from two directions: you search for something you already want, or the map offers things as you wander it. Both end the same way, with a place on one of your days.

Search for a place

1. 1 Type into the search bar above the map. Names, cuisines and categories all work.
2. 2 Pick a result to open its card and make sure it's the right one.
3. 3 Choose the day. The stop lands at the end of it, and you can drag it into position after.

Or let the map do the finding

As you pan and zoom, Treader surfaces what's in view: restaurants, sights, cafes and more. Tap any marker to read about it and add it. This works on every plan, free included. Place cards show the essentials for everyone; Pro cards add photos, ratings and reviews.

Getting between stops

Every gap between two stops is a leg. Treader estimates each one and draws the route. Click a leg to change how you cover it: walk, bike, drive or transit, per leg, so a driving day can still end with a walk to dinner. On Pro, drive legs also flag tolls, ferries and timezone crossings, and can re-route to avoid tolls, highways or ferries.
